What is a monthly subscription?

A monthly subscription is a service offered by us where customers pay a recurring fee (monthly) for access to our platform.

How do I sign up for a monthly subscription?

Using the SIGN UP button on the website you can sign up for a monthly subscription by selecting the subscription plan you want, and providing payment information.

How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can usually cancel your subscription by informing us by email that you would like to cancel your account. Your account will be live until the end of your last monthly period and before your next payment is supposed to be taken. A member of our team will contact you via email to advise the process we take to delete / park your account with us and what happens to your data.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Safe-Hub has three packages available - Small , Medium and Enterprise and we allow you to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact customer support for information on how to change your subscription.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Missing a payment may result in a temporary suspension of your subscription or the loss of access to the service until the payment is made.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

There are no hidden fees or charges. Our terms of Service are on the website and we would ask all customers to read through these before they sign up.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We do not offer refunds. You can cancel your account at anytime but you would still have to pay that months fee. We do not charge for deletion / collation of data in your account either and can supply the data back to you in our standard format file or delete the whole account from our servers free of charge.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes our subscription and payments service is managed through a third party payment partner Judo Pay, they are a trusted European payment partner and all payments and personal data is covered by secure payment processing and data encryption to help protect your personal information.

Who is your payment provider?

We use Judo Pay Ltd a major payments partner operating in the UK since 2012 with clients like KFC and Bupa Healthcare. All our payment technology is covered under ISO 27001 and PCI Level 1 and 2. Your card details dont sit with us and your payment gateway is directly connected to your bank, meaning your card details stay safe and secure and your payment is managed without any fuss.
